Group Meditation no.2-Body Scan

This week I’ve decided to link to a previous meditation I’ve written about.

The body scan is very well-known and widely used. It’s a simple but incredibly relaxing meditation that I think you’ll enjoy. It’s great at the end of the day to ease out the days stresses and any physical tension.
